Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos, after you received the parcel, we will resolve it on priority.

 

 

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 3–5 days of delivery

Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

Must include original packaging and invoice

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order gemstones

Stones that have been altered, set in jewelry, or damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

Refund will be issued via original payment method within 15 business days

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer

We recommend using a secure and insured courier service

As gemstones are natural products, slight variations in color, texture, or inclusions are normal and not considered defects.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
